This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Fish Inc. (the "Game," "we," "us"), published by Big Time Labs, collects, uses, and shares information when you play it on iOS or Android. By installing or playing Fish Inc. you agree to the practices described here.
Fish Inc. has no user accounts and no login. Your game progress is stored locally on your device. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or precise location. The data described below is collected automatically by the third-party services the Game uses for analytics, advertising, and purchases.

2. Advertising and tracking
Fish Inc. shows optional rewarded video ads only — you choose to watch a video in exchange for an in-game reward. We do not show banner or interstitial ads.
Ads are provided through AppLovin MAX, which mediates other advertising networks. These networks may use your device advertising identifier and related data to select and measure ads.
- iOS: before any ad-tracking identifier (IDFA) is used, we present Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline, we instruct AppLovin not to use your identifier for tracking and to treat the request as "do not sell / share" personal information.
- Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device's Google settings.
3. In-app purchases
Fish Inc. offers optional in-app purchases (e.g. gem packs, a one-time Captain's Pass, and seasonal passes). Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we never receive your full payment-card details. Purchase validation and the "Restore Purchases" feature are handled by RevenueCat. The Captain's Pass is a non-consumable purchase you can restore on a new device or after reinstalling.

5. Children's privacy
Fish Inc. is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13 (or under the equivalent age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not enroll the Game in the Apple Kids Category or the Google Play Families program. If you believe a child has provided data through the Game, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (e.g. the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. Because Fish Inc. has no account, most data is tied to a device or an anonymous identifier rather than to your identity. You can exercise choices by:
- Declining tracking at the iOS ATT prompt, or resetting/limiting your Advertising ID on Android;
- Uninstalling the Game, which removes local data from your device;
- Contacting us (below) to make a data request — we will respond as required by applicable law.
7. Data retention and security
Game progress remains on your device until you delete the app. Data held by our third-party providers is retained per their policies. We rely on industry-standard safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, an in-app or store-listing notice.
